Meet the Team

Amy recently joined the Fresenius family as Director of Physician Placement and Fellowship Programs for the Eastern US. For the past 13 years she has built strong relationships in the kidney community as a Physician Resources Manager for DaVita SOURCE. Prior to that she worked in Network Development with Touchstone Health, Inc. expanding their provider network in the five boroughs and parts of upstate New York. Amy also has experience as a multi-specialty hospital recruiter and practice administrator in Arkansas working with Baptist Health Systems and the Arkansas Cancer Institute, respectively. She has a Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Arkansas and has extensive experience with many facets of the health care industry. She makes her home in Westchester County, NY and Martha’s Vineyard with her family and 7 chickens.

Lauren Carlyle came to Fresenius with 7 years recruiting experience working for Ascension Healthcare as a multi-specialty physician recruiter helping to expand medical care to fast growing communities in Central Texas. Lauren earned her MBA with a focus in Healthcare from Texas A&M University. With vast knowledge of leadership, communication and recruiting, Lauren will prove to be a benefit in establishing new relationships as a trusted colleague to our physician practice partners. She is based in Austin, TX with her family and their dog Cooper.
