Fulfillment policy

• Refund policy — If FKC PPS terminates this Agreement prior to the 90th day from the Effective Date under the terms of Section 4.2, without cause, FKC PPS will refund all fees paid by Practice under the terms of this Agreement.
• Delivery policy — FKC PPS does not provide goods. FKC PPS services, including the placement of job ads and other recruitment services begin within 24 hours (during regular business days) after the agreement has been executed and payment of the Initial Recruitment Fee has been received.
• Return policy – FKC PPS is a provider of services only. FKC PPS does not provide goods.
• Cancellation policy — Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause, upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the other party.
