Cost varies based on whether you are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician. We have two options to choose from for each medical designation and varying lengths of time based on the urgency of your need to hire. Our rates are FMV and highly competitive compared to other specialty and multi-specialty recruitment companies. We are focused on Nephrology only and only on our current Fresenius family of practitioners and are not commission based. For specific rates please contact us directly.

We try our best to find the right person for the right practice but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If a candidate we place leaves within the first six months of employment, we will go back to work to replace that candidate for no additional charge.
