Meet the Team

Amy joined the Fresenius family 4 years ago and is now Senior Director of Physician Placement and Fellowship Programs for the Eastern US.  She has built strong relationships in the kidney community starting at DaVita SOURCE in 2009. Prior to that she worked in Network Development with Touchstone Health, Inc. expanding their provider network in the five boroughs and parts of upstate New York. Amy also has experience as a multi-specialty hospital recruiter and practice administrator in Arkansas working with Baptist Health Systems and the Arkansas Cancer Institute, respectively. She has a Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Arkansas and has extensive experience with many facets of the health care industry. She makes her home in Westchester County, NY and Martha’s Vineyard, MA.

Lauren joined Fresenius Medical Care with over seven years of physician recruitment experience, previously serving as a multi-specialty physician recruiter with Ascension Healthcare. In that role, she partnered with Dell Medical School, Dell Children's Medical Center, and private practices across Central Texas to strategically expand medical services in rapidly growing communities. Lauren earned her MBA with a focus in Healthcare from Texas A&M University, equipping her with a strong foundation in healthcare operations, leadership, and strategic growth. She combines industry expertise with a relationship-centered approach, positioning herself as a trusted advisor to physician practice partners. Based in Austin, Texas, Lauren lives with her husband and two sons.
